Meet Paige

I founded 865 Functional Fitness on a mission to keep Masters active and “in the game.” We all deserve the opportunity to care for ourselves, and to remain well and active, in each advancing decade. And, unfortunately, the journey to care for ourselves and remain fit is not always an easy one.

Hormonal changes occurring for most women in their 50's, and for men in the late 60's and early 70's, can be particularly physically challenging. I've searched for experts, advice, and encouragement, but trustworthy sources of guidance are hard to find. To fill that gap, I began educating and preparing myself for my own aging process and to be a source of encouragement and coaching to other mature adults.  865 Functional Fitness offers partnership and coaching for your health journey. And, I've gathered a great group of advisors and coaches for myself, so we all learn together.

I'm an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer. I'm also a CrossFit Level 2 Coach (CF-L2), CrossFit Coaching the Older Athlete Certificate holder, and I'm Red Cross Adult/Child/Baby First Aid, CPR, and AED certified.  I'm always committed to expanding my learning and almost always enrolled in continuing education.  I'm currently enrolled in Girls Gone Strong (GGS) Menopause Coaching Certificate Course, and will follow with the GGS Pre-Post Natal Coaching Certificate Course.

In 2024 during Olympic Weightlifting Competition I hit my USA Masters National, PanAm, & World qualifying totals.  With that milestone behind me, I'm coaching and I continue to train and CrossFit. I love living well.

I love to hike, bike, flatwater kayak, and I look for adventures around every corner.
